Lo sapete, solitamente preferisco realizzare abbigliamento da bambina (per vari motivi che avevo elencato qui) ma non potevo certo lasciare il mio nipotino di due anni senza un regalo di Natale realizzato a mano dalla zia RobyGiup!!! You know, usually I prefer to realize girl clothing (for several reasons that I listed here) but I couldn't leave my two year old nephiew without a handmade present from aunt RobyGiup!!! I pantaloni hanno due tasche frontali a forma di trapezio con bordo superiore in cotone bianco The trousers have to front pockets in trapezoid shape with top border in white cotton

chiuse da piccoli bottoni a pressione bianchi uguali a quelli

all'interno un elastico ad occhielli con due bottoni permette di regolare la misura in modo che i pantaloni vestano il bambino il più a lungo possibile inside the waist, an elastic band with eyelets and two buttons allow to adjust the size so that the trousers will fit the boy as long as possible Per lo stesso motivo il fondo dei pantaloni ha un risvolto bianco double-face, così quando il bambino cresce si possono abbassare i risvolti e in un istante i pantaloni sono più lunghi ma sempre con lo stesso identico aspetto For the same reason the bottom of the trousers has a white reversible cuff, so when the boy grows taller you can just turn the cuffs down and in a moment the trousers are longer but still with the same appearance Come sempre, ogni elemento di questo capo è curato fin nei minimi dettagli: da qui traspare la passione che metto in tutte le mie creazioni! L'anno scorso avevo deciso di inaugurare una nuova "tradizione": realizzare ogni anno un nuovo decoro per il nostro albero di Natale con tanto di anno scritto sopra. Last year I decided to start a new "tradition": to realize every year a new ornament for the Christmas tree with the year written on it.
Siccome però il nostro albero è già molto ben fornito (direi sovraffollato!) di decorazioni, quest'anno anzichè crearne una nuova ho deciso di decorarne una già esistente! Since our tree is already full of ornaments (almost overcrowded!) this year I decided, instead of creating a new one, to decorate an existing one!
Ed ecco che una semplice pallina rossa si ricopre di tanti fiocchi di neve bianchi e minuscoli strass luccicanti! La realizzazione è molto semplice, devo ancora perfezionare un po' la tecnica e poi ne farò un tutorial (lo so, lo so, la lista delle creazioni per cui vorrei realizzare un tutorial si sta allungando sempre di più... ma ce la farò!!!) And so it is that a simple red ball is now covered with many white snowflakes and sparkling tiny rhinestones! The realization is really easy, I have to improve a bit the technique and then I'll share the tutorial (I know, I know, the list of creations for which I want to make a tutorial is growing long... but I'll make it!!!)
Con un pennello sottile e un po' di pittura acrilica ho scritto l'anno su un lato della pallina, che resterà come un caro ricordo di questo 2014 With a thin brush and some acrylic paint I wrote the year on one side of the ornament, that will remain as dear memento of this 2014
Avete anche voi una "tradizione" simile? Io già immagino quando, tra tanti anni, il nostro albero di Natale sarà una collezione piena di ricordi di tutti gli anni vissuti insieme, non sarà bellissimo?! Do you too have a similar "tradition"? Finalmente torno a pubblicare un capo di abbigliamento per bambini! At last I'm sharing a new piece of clothing for children! Ecco la versione invernale della gonna in stile "principessa": lo strato inferiore diventa di leggero velluto rosso, più caldo del cotone, morbidissimo e lucido. Lo strato superiore invece è ancora in cotone, per non appesantire troppo la gonna Here is the winter version of the "princess-style" skirt: the lower layer is not in light red velvet, warmer than cotton, incredibly soft and shiny. The upper layer is still made of cotton, to avoid making the skirt too heavy
Il fondo della gonna è profilato con del raso bianco mentre l'elastico in vita è rivestito da jersey di cotone rosso The bottom border is outlined in white satin while the elastic band at the waist is covered in red cotton jersey Non trovate che questo tessuto bianco con ciliegie sia un amore??? Don't you think this white fabric with printed cherries is lovely???
Entrambi i tessuti utilizzati sono molto morbidi così che la gonna sia confortevole da indossare, l'arricciatura piuttosto piena la rende femminile ma nello stesso tempo divertente e allegra, perfetta per giocare! Both fabrics I used are very soft so the skirt is comfortable to wear, the rather full gathering makes it feminine but at the same time funny and perfect for playing!
Mi piace anche creare accessori per bambini abbinati agli outfit (e già vi avviso che ne troverete diversi esemplari quando aprirò il mio negozio online in primavera!!!) I love to create accessories for children that match the outfits (and of those you will see several when I'll open my online shop in spring!!!)
Ma c'era un abbinamento a cui ancora non avevo pensato. Eppure ce l'avevo sotto il naso! Sono due capi che avevo già realizzato in momenti diversi, bastava solo cambiare un colore, ma c'è voluta una richiesta su commissione per farmelo notare: perchè non abbinare a questa gonna con le fragole un bavaglino ricamato a punto croce sempre a tema fragole?! Ne avevo già ricamati diversi ma tutti con frutti rossi, eppure è bastato realizzarle in rosa su un bavaglino con i bordi verdi e voilà, l'abbinamento è servito! But there was a match I never noticed. And yet is was under my nose! They are two items I already realized in different moments, I just had to change one colour, but I needed a custom request to notice it: why not matching this strawberry skirt with a cross-stitched bib with strawberries?! I already embroidered some, but always with red fruits, yet it was enough to make them pink on a bib with green borders and here is the match!

E' questo il bello delle creazioni su commissione: ti fanno spaziare su più tecniche e scoprire possibilità diverse e abbinamenti inaspettati This is the best of custom creations: they make you vary techniques and discover new possibilities and unexpected matches
