Macchina da cucire - Sewing machine

Sabato scorso ho portato la mia macchinina da cucire in un centro assistenza, un negozietto gestito da un vecchietto gentilissimo. Innanzi tutto il problema della bobina che si spostava era dovuto al fatto che avevo rimontato il pezzo incriminato leggermente spostato (neanche un millimetro) rispetto alla posizione corretta. Lo sospettavo... ma avevo stretto troppo la vite e si era anche rovinata per cui non riuscivo più a svitarla! 
Last Saturday I brought my sewing machine to a service centre, a small shop run by a kind little old man. First of all the problem with the lower reel was due to the fact that I mounted a piece sligthly maladjusted (less than 1millimetre). I knew it... but I was not able to dismount it again! 

Il problema dei punti saltati nello zig-zag però è rimasto... e dopo aver saputo che la mia macchinina ha già 4 anni mi ha detto di riportarla a casa, cucire finchè riesco e poi comprarne una nuova. Possibilmente di una marca più resistente. La mia macchinina... 
About skipping stitches the problem is still there... and after knowing that my machine is quite 4 years old the man told me to bring it home, sew as long as I can and then buy a new machine, if possible from a stronger brand. My little machine... 

C'è di buono che le cuciture diritte le fa ancora bene, anche se non riesco più a cucire con lo zig-zag. Per cui anzichè buttarla la darò a mia mamma, è rimasta da poco senza macchina da cucire e mi ha detto che per lei la cucitura diritta è sufficiente. Così macchinina servirà ancora a qualcosa! 
The good thing is that the straight seaming works correctly, even if I'm not able to use zig-zag. So instead of throwing it away I will give it to my mother, her sewing machine broke few times ago and she says she just need straight seams. My machine will still be useful!
